我院师生研发“时空克里格”软件系统

20世纪50年代初至20世纪末,地统计学(Geostatistics)经过不断完善和改进,其已主要发展为普通克里格、析取克里格、协同克里格、泛克里格以及指示克里格等分支,并已在诸多软件中实现。但对于自然过程往往伴随着时间维度信息领域,如环境、气象、流行病学等,上述方法仅关注于区域变量的空间变异,缺少对于区域变量的时间维度考虑,使得传统的地统计学方法已经不能满足需求,进而促使了时空地统计理论的产生。目前,虽时空地统计理论已较为成熟,但在国内外尚未有学者对理论实现其进行软件化和功能化。为此,在杨勇副教授的指导下,梅杨、廖祥森、刘颖颖等硕士研究生在掌握时空地统计学理论的基础上,基于Matlab 2014a 软件开发环境,开发出“时空克里格”软件系统,实现了在时空领域内数据信息的时空特征挖掘、时空建模以及时空预测的软件化和功能化,并在国内外期刊上发表多篇论文:(Yang Y, Wu J, Christakos G. From 1950s to the end of twentieth century, Geostatisticshad divided into the following branches: Linear-Kriging, Ordinary-Kriging, Simple-Kriging, Disjunctive-Kriging, Co-Kriging, Universal-Kriging and Indicating Kriging etc, and it also had been implemented in many software. However, as for the natural process which accompanied by the time dimension information, such as the field of the environment, meteorology, epidemiology etc, the above method was only focusing on spatial variability ,and it lacked of time dimension information about regionalized variable, geostatistical methods had been unable to meet this demands, which also contributed to the theoretical formation of spatio-temporal statistics. Currently, the spatio-temporal theory has been more mature, but there aren’t a software can achieve this theory. Based on this, under the guidance of associate professor Yang Yong, Mei yang, Liao Xiangseng and Liu Yingying studyed the spatio-temporal theory and developed the software of “Spatio-temporal Kriging”, made the data mining, modelingand predictive of spatio-temporal data functional comes ture. The achievements were this:

该程序主要包括以下功能:(The main function of this software including:)

1. 程序同时支持有中文和英文两种操作语言

(1. This software have both Chinese and English speech interfaces)

2. 支持三种时间格式(年、月、日)

(2. Supports three kinds of time data format(day,month and year))

3. 基本统计分析和正态分布变换

(3. Analysis of basic statistics and normal distribution inspection)

4. 时空经验变异函数计算

(4. Spatio-temporal Semi-variance Calculating)

5. 时空理论模型拟合分离模型和非分离模型

(5. Spatio-temporal model curvefitting of both separable and non-separable models)

6. 单一时间和多次时间连续时空预测

(6. Spatio-temporal interpolation of single time and many times)

7. 时空预测结果立方体构建和动态显示(即将更新)

(7.Construction of spatio-temporal predictions results cubes and dynamic display(coming soon))

注意:(Notices:)

1.使用本程序之前,请务必详细阅读使用说明

(1.Begin you ues this software, you should read the User manual carefully first)

2.必须安装 Matlab Compiler Runtime(R2014a_win32)版本,这里提供了MCR的下载链接

3.时间数据格式很重要,务必根据数据的时间格式选择相应的时间单位格式

4.支持的数据类型: (*.xls),(*.xlsx)

5.时空预测结果输出格式为(*.ASCII)

(5.The result export types is(*.ASCII))

6.本网站所提供的实验数据时间格式为以为单位,正态变换方法为log变换

(6.The experimental data which is given by this web, the time unit is "day", and the normal distribution inspection is log)
